I started this initiative to bridge the gap of inequality, stereotyping, and prejudice through slum tours that promote cultural cohesion.Our aim is to uplift local entrepreneurs, showcase talents, and reshape the image of Kibra.

In 2016, I joined Tembea Kibera with the aim of empowering women and young girls in our community. I am motivated by the realization that, despite being the backbone of community progress, women and girls remain marginalized.I provide sanitary towels to school-going girls and hold 'Girl Talk' sessions designed to boost their self-esteem and help them recognize their significant role in our community's development.
